Ingredients

• 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
• 50 g Butter
• 2 small sticks Celery (finely chopped)
• 1 cooking Apple (1cm dice)
• 100 g Chestnuts (cooked, roughly mashed with a fork)
• 2 tsps Sage (finely chopped)
• 1/2 Lemon (grated zest)
• 1 beaten Egg
• 100 g Breadcrumbs (white)
