• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Vanilla ice cream, for serving
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup firm coconut oil or unsalted butter, softened
