Ingredients

• 1 lb Lean ground beef
• ½ lb Ground pork
• 2 Large eggs (slightly beaten, or 3 egg whites)
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
• Breadcrumbs
• 6 Garlic cloves (finely chopped, garlic lovers can use more)
• Milk (1% or 2%, don't use fat-free milk)
• ½ tbsp Dried oregano (or dry Italian seasoning)
• 2 tsp Dried parsley
• 1 tsp Seasoned salt
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 Long pasta of your choice
