• 24 oz Pasta* *For GF use chickpea pasta
• 1/4 c butter
• 1/4 c white whole wheat flour* *For GF use a GF baking flour blend
• 4 c 1% milk* *For DF use oat milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp honey mustard
• 4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded* *Remove for DF
• 24 oz tuna, drained
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 c mayonaisse
• 2 lg carrots, diced
• 1 onion, diced
