• 16 Thin Carrots
• 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 1/3 cup Olive oil
• 1/4 cup Sesame tahini
• 1/4 cup Squeezed Lemon
• 3 tablespoons Silan Date honey
• 2 tablespoons Water
• 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
