Ingredients

• 3 tsp Thai fish sauce
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp Chillies Crushed
• ½ tsp Sesame Seed
• Zest and juice of 1 lime
• 2 tsp fish sauce
• pinch Garlic Granules
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 large sirloin steaks, flattened and sliced thinly
• Salad:
• ¼ cucumber, sliced
• 100 g (4 oz) sugar snap peas, sliced
• 125 g (5 oz) beansprouts
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 175 g (6 oz) soya beans, peas or broad beans
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• Dressing:
• 2 tbsp Thai 7 Spice
