This beeramisù recipe is a fun spin on Italian tiramisù with added pears and chocolate-infused beer!
Ingredients
- 5ml (1 tsp) butter
- 2 (300g) diced pears
- 15ml (1 tbsp) brown sugar
- 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh cream
- 250g mascarpone
- 80ml (1/3 cup) fresh cream
- 60g castor sugar
- 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 60ml (4 tbsp) strong coffee
- 125ml (½ cup) chocolate-infused stout
- 4 (of 12) boudoir (ladyfinger) biscuits
