• 1 bunch broccoli, large stem removed, small stems and florets cut into small pieces
• 1 head cauliflower, large stem removed, small stems and florets cut into small pieces
• 1 red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, chopped
• ½ medium red onion, chopped
• 6 tbsp raw honey
• 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
