Ingredients
- 2 pounds of shrimp, cleaned
- 4 - 6 each limes, juiced (about one cup of juice)
- 1 good pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic puree
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 0.5 each white onion
- 1-2 each serranos, stems and membrane removed
- 1 each jalapeño
- 1 each red onion, julienned 
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt 
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 each cucumber, cut into 1" half moons
- 1each avocado, diced 
- .5 bunch cilantro
- 1 each watermelon radish, thinly sliced on a mandoline
- 1 each daikon radish, thinly sliced on a mandoline
- 1 each lime, but into wedges 
- Siete chips
