Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, cleaned
  • 4 - 6 each limes, juiced (about one cup of juice)
  • 1 good pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
  • 0.5 each white onion
  • 1-2 each serranos, stems and membrane removed
  • 1 each jalapeño
  • 1 each red onion, julienned 
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt 
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 each cucumber, cut into 1" half moons
  • 1each avocado, diced 
  • .5 bunch cilantro
  • 1 each watermelon radish, thinly sliced on a mandoline
  • 1 each daikon radish, thinly sliced on a mandoline
  • 1 each lime, but into wedges 
  • Siete chips
