These are decadent cookies that do not last long on the cookie plate in the guest pantry. Adapted from a recipe by America's Test Kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract (tablespoons is correct)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
