Ingredients

• 1 bunch of spinach finely chopped
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 2 tbsp oil
• salt to taste
• 2 cups self-raisin flour (dumpling)
• 1 egg (dumpling)
• ½ tsp oil (dumpling)
• ½ tbsp sugar (dumpling)
• pinch of salt (dumpling)
• cold water (dumpling)
• cups Oxtail
• onion
• beef stock
• ½ tsp crushed garlic
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1tbsp curry powder
• 1 bay leave and pour
• 1 cup tomato purée
