- 190g of squid tubes, frozen and cleaned
- 380g of mackerel fillet
- 20g of chives, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- rapeseed oil
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 5 tbsp of mayonnaise
