• 2 400g tins Butter beans
• 2 400g tins Chopped tomatoes
• 1 Red onion
• 1 tspn Piri-piri sauce
• 1 tspn Smoked paprika
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 4 to 6 tbsp Green pesto
• 100 g Parmesan cheese
• 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
• 1 small handful Pine nuts
• 1 drizzle Olive oil
• 4 to 6 slices Focaccia bread
