Ingredients

• For Chicken Patty
• 6 tbsp Kimball Mayonnaise
• 4 tbsp Kimball BBQ Sauce
• 1kg Minced chicken
• 1 tbsp Dried parsley
• 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 1 Large onion, finely chopped
• 120g Carrot, finely diced
• 2 cups Bread crumbs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• For Sauce
• 3 tbsp Kimball Cheese Sauce
• 2 tbsp Mustard
• 4 tbsp Kimball Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Kimball Chili or Kimball Tomato Sauce
• For Salad
• ½ Cucumber, sliced
• 2 Tomatoes, sliced
• ½ Carrot, shredded
• 1 cups Cabbage, shredded
• 3 pcs Lettuce leaves
• 3 medium burger buns, halved and toasted
• Oil for frying
