• 2 tbsp The Neat Egg (mixed according to package instructions)
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup vegan butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Yellow food coloring
• Lentils for the eyes
• Carrots for the beak
