• 2 medium Carrots, peeled and sliced
• 2 Tbsp Tulkoff Ginger Puree
• 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
• 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp fine sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
