• 1 lemon wedige
• 2 tbsp parmesan, shredded
• 2 tbsp candied pecans, rough chop
• ¼ cup croutons
• Caesar Salad Dressing - Serves 2
• 1 anchovy fillet, mashed
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp Worcestershire
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp red wine vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ¼ cup olive oil
