• 1 bunch kale, chopped (about 3 cups)
• ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 stalks celery (with leaves), diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 12 cups low-sodium chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
