Sharon's Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 cans artichoke hearts quartered - We used the big Costco / marinated jar recently; 2-1/2 cups of that worked fine, but we rinsed them pretty good first
• 2-3 cups mixed cheese grated - We tend to use 3 cups (cheddar/colby/jack)
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teas dill - Todd hates dill, so he's been known to delete / halve the amount if he's around....
• 1/3 cup mayonaise
• 1 clove garlic minced
