Ingredients

• 6 bell peppers (yellow, red, orange)
• 2 cups (500 ml) diced sweet potato (about 1 sweet potato)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 lb (454 g) extra-lean ground beef
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
• 1 pinch cayenne
• 2 plum tomatoes, diced
• 1 can (540 ml/19 oz) navy beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped flat-leaf parsley
• Salt and pepper
