Kentucky Hot Browns – Cooking Aboard with Jill

Ingredients

• 4 pieces sliced turkey
• 4 pieces sliced ham
• 4 sliced tomatoes lightly sautéed in olive oil
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer gouda)
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Grated nutmeg to taste
• 4 pieces of your favorite bread toasted or 4 stuffing waffles
