• 4 X 110g fillets of halibut
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 2-1/2 tsp paprika
• 2 tablespoons butter
