Ingredients

• 250 ml (1 cup) all-purpose flour
• 60 ml (¼ cup) cocoa powder
• 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder
• 2.5 ml (½ tsp) salt
• 6 ounces (1½ cups) semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 125 ml (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
• 5 ml (1 tsp) pure vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 160 ml (⅔ cup) light brown sugar, packed
• 80 ml (⅓ cup) granulated sugar
• Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling)
• 2 containers (1 L) Stefano gelato of your choice
