• ½ small red pepper (cut into thin strips)
• ½ small green pepper (cut into thin strips)
• 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
• 6 flour tortillas
• cheese (grated)
