Ingredients

• 1/2 kgs. U.S. Russet Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 Tbsps. minced garlic
• 1 pc. medium onion, peeled and chopped
• 500 grams lean ground pork
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsps. calamansi extract
• 1 can Purefoods chorizo de Bilbao, cut into small pieces, lard reserved
• 1 cup sweet peas
• 2 pcs. red bell pepper, pitted and diced
• 8 large eggs, beaten
• Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
• pandesal
