• 6 carrots, sliced in half
• 3 golden beets, peeled and trimmed
• Burrata cheese
• 3 red beets, peeled and trimmed
• Salt, as needed
• A splash of olive oil
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 finely minced garlic clove
• 1 tbsp of honey
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp of freshly chopped rosemary
