Ingredients

  • 4 apples (Cortland or Paula Red suggested)
  • 4 tsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Few nuts, as desired
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ cups whole oats
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
