• 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

• 500 g ground beef
• 2 tbsp tomato paste

• 150 ml beef stock
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cauliflower
• 2 tbsp double cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 40 g shredded cheddar cheese
• 50 g shredded cheddar cheese (for sprinkling)
