- 170 g pizza dough, rolled and ready
- 600 g open cap field mushrooms
- 50 mLs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 g salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 handful Perfect Italiano Pizza Blend cheese
- 80 g wild rocket
- 10 mLs olive oil, for dressing
- 10 mLs balsamic vinegar, for dressing
- 50 g pine nuts, toasted
- 10 g Perfect Italiano Shaved Parmesan to garnish
