- 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 Large Spanish onions
- 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar (or cider vinegar)
- 4 cups Mushrooms, sliced (mix of brown, oyster, and chanterelle mushrooms)
- 8 Eggs
- Chives, Greek basil leaves, purple basil
