Recipe Trolley | Kale salad with almonds & Serrano ham

Ingredients

• 2 shallots, sliced into rounds
• 200 g kale, large stalks removed, leaves roughly torn
• 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
• 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
• 100 g serrano ham
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 5 g brown sugar
• 2 tbsp raisins
• 2 tbsp blanched almonds
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
