Bina's Bison Burritos - Bina Mehta Spice Blends

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ pound ground bison
• ¾ of a large onion, chopped (1 cup chopped onions)
• 2 cloves garlic, diced
• 2 Tbsp ghee or other high smoke point oil
• 1 Tbsp Bina’s Feisty Tiger Spice Blend
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 2 ears corn on the cob, grilled, with kernels removed
• 4 poblano peppers, grilled, with skins and seeds removed, diced
• Soft corn or flour tortillas
• Your choice of cheese, such as shredded Mexican cheese or cojito
• Your choice of toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro
