• 1 medium onion (chopped)

• 1 large can light red kidney beans (drained)
• 1 tbls. chili powder
• 1 tbls. onion powder
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 1 tsp. seasoning salt
• 1/2 lb. cooked steak (optional)
• 1 tsp. margarine
• 1 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
