Ingredients

• 1 ¼ lbs of carrots (, sliced into thin matchsticks)
• ½ cup of mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp of grated onion
• 2 tbsp of freshly grated horseradish
• A little less than ½ tsp of salt
• A little less than ¼ tsp of ground black pepper
• ¼ cup of dry seasoned bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp of melted butter
