- 1 shallot
- 1 egg yolk

- 1 and 1/2 cups Bartenura Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Haddar Kosher Salt, to taste
- minced garlic or Gefen Frozen Garlic, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste
- grated horseradish, to taste
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced kohlrabi
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- Bartenura Olive Oil, to taste
- 1 taro root
- oil, for frying
