The combination of chocolate and amaretto is one of my favourites.

- 1 knob butter, for greasing
- 4 large eggs
- 100 g caster sugar
- 60 g plain flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 500 ml tub chocolate ice cream, softened slightly
