Ingredients

  • 2 pints Texas blueberries
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 12 oz. ginger beer
  • Sugar to taste
  • 8 to 10 peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon or lime
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 pints fresh blackberries (you can also use raspberries for this)
  • ¼ to ½ cup sugar
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Approximately 10 mint leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 pint heavy cream
