Ingredients

• Salted snoek soak overnight .. ..optional
• 1 tablespoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• Green chillies 2
• 2 teaspoons fine Garlic
• 2 tins Tomato puree..
• 1 tablespoon fine Dhana
• 1 tablespoon fine jeeru (cumin)
• 1 tablespoon Red chillie powder
• 1 teaspoon Haldi
• Salt to taste
• 2 tins Mixed veg
• 2 tins Butter beans
• 2 tins Sugar beans
• 1kg baby carrots - frozen
• Potatoes cut in four - about 6
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups mealie meal
• 1 onion grated
• 1 bunch spring onion finely sliced
• Few green chillies
• dhania (coriander)
• A teaspoon haldi
• A pinch salt
