Ingredients

• 2 heaped cups cake flour
• 3 level cups Mielie meal
• 2& 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon whole jeera
• Add enough boiling water to make a pliable dough
• 8-10 baby onions (scored)
• 10 baby potatoes peeled
• 3 green peppers (large cubes)
• 6 carrots (cut chunky at a slant)
• 4 brinjal cut
• 1 Cup mixed veg
• 1/2 Cup frozen peas
• Tomato mix:
• 2 onions
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 3 teaspoons fine chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 Cups tomatoes liquidized
• 1 heaped teaspoon corse red chillies
• Add in frozen veggies and cook for 5
