Super Easy Blueberry Lemon Scones (Stone Ground Flour) | Fallen Timber Creek

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose white flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• zest of 1 lemon
• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1/3 cup butter (melted)
• 1 large egg, and
• enough cream to make 1 cup liquid in a cup measure
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice (can juice the lemon or use ReaLemon.)
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
