Creamy Chicken Potato Soup in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

• 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in chunks
• 1 24 oz. bag frozen, shredded hash browns
• 6 1/2 cups chicken broth (or 3 14oz cans)
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 12 oz. cream cheese, cut in cubes
• 1 onion diced
• 3 ribs celery diced
• 5-6 carrots diced
• 1 can whole kernell corn drained
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (more if desired)
• pepper to taste
• Italian seasoning to taste (a lot is good)
• 12 Fresh Basil Leaves torn in pieces
