Lime Glazed Chicken Kabobs - Golden Blossom Honey

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved, cut into 1 inch pieces
• 2 medium yellow squash, cut into 1 inch chunks
• 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1inch chunks
• 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1inch chunks
• 2 large onions, cut into 1inch chunks
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 8 ounces mushroom caps
