• Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 lb (250 g)
• Finely chopped fresh thyme - 1 tbsp (15 mL)
• Cloves garlic, minced - 3
• Ech salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp (2 mL)
• Red pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp (1 mL)
• Baby spinach - 5 oz (150 g)
• Crumbled goat cheese - 1/3 cup (75 mL)
• 35% whipping cream - 1/4 cup (60 mL)
• Lemon juice - 3 tbsp (45 mL)
• Fnely chopped fresh chives - 2 tbsp (30 mL)
