Ingredients

• 400 g of potatoes, peeled, in dice
• 300 g of corn, canned or frozen
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 branch of celery, chopped
• 1 bouquet garni
• 2 L of chicken broth
• 500 ml of heavy cream
• Frying oil
• 100 g of thick slices of bacon, cut into dice
