This chilled pumpkin pie is the one I make when the oven is already busy or I want a lighter pumpkin dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of velvety canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of fine granulated sugar
- 1 cup of creamy low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon of hand-harvested sea salt

- Additional pumpkin pie spice for sprinkling
