Ingredients

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• ½ onion , peeled, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed
• 1 tbsp fresh root ginger , peeled, grated
• 100g/3½ oz lamb mince
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp coriander seeds
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tomato , chopped
• handful fresh spinach
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 200g/7oz chapatti flour
• pinch salt
• warm water, to bind
• 1 tbsp black onion seeds
