Ingredients
- 2 packs Hellers Porter Angus Beef sausages
- 50g butter
- 4 white onions (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Rum and Que Porters Seasoning
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 500ml fresh beef stock
- To serve: hot dog buns or mashed potato and vegetables
