Ingredients

• 1 pound large tube pasta (we used Paccheri)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 1 large yellow onion, diced
• 1 pound ground sausage
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
• 1 teaspoon salt
• freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• red pepper flakes
