• 20 dried IB Whole Dry Chilli
• 4 tablespoons Spice Mate Vinegar
• 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of IB Whole Coriander
• 1 teaspoon of IB Cumin Seeds
• 1/2 teaspoons of IB Mustard Seeds
• 10 IB Black Pepper Whole
• 4 IB Cloves
• 2 inches IB Cinnamon Sticks
• 2 IB Green Cardamom
• 1 and 1/2 inch ginger
• 10 garlic cloves
• 800g - 1kg chicken with bones
• 1/2 teaspoon IB Turmeric Powder
• 1 teaspoon Cerebos Iodated Table Salt
• 3 tablespoons Excella Sunflower Oil
• 2 Onions chopped and processed
• 1 teaspoon Selati White Sugar
• 2 Tomatoes pureed
