Festive Ham Croquettes | D'Orsogna

Ingredients

• 200 g D'Orsogna Natural Premium Ham
• 900 g Brushed potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks
• ½ tsp Garlic powder
• ½ tsp Onion powder
• 100 g Brie cheese, cut into 1cm pieces
• 2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Pepper
• 1 Fresh chives bunch, finely chopped
• 1 l Vegetable oil, for frying
• 2 cup Dried breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp Grated parmesan
• 2 Eggs, lightly whisked
• 2 tbsp Plain flour
